1 . Boil milk: Ek heavy-bottomed pan mein doodh daalein aur medium flame par boil Karein

2. Reduce milk : Doodh ko lagataar pakate rahein jab tak yeh apni actual quantity se aadha ho jaye. Yeh thoda thick aur grainy hone lagega.
3. Lemon juice ya vinegar milayein (optional): Agar aap thoda curdled texture chaahte hain, toh ab lemon juice ya vinegar daal kar doodh ko phatne dein. Yeh step optional hai, milk cake bina phate doodh ke bhi banti hai.
4. Cheeni aur elaichi daalein: Jab doodh thick ho jaye, toh cheeni aur elaichi powder daalein. Achhe se mix karein aur halke haath se hilaate rahein.
